Product and fit

What is ClinicPro360?

ClinicPro360 is a therapy practice management platform for multi-provider group practices. It connects scheduling, patient management, clinical documentation, billing and insurance work, messaging, telehealth, intake forms, reminders, and a patient portal in one role-aware system — priced flat per practice, not per clinician.

Who is ClinicPro360 built for?

Multi-provider therapy and behavioral health group practices — owners, clinical directors, operations administrators, and billing leads who need shared workflows across clinicians, staff roles, and often multiple locations. It is not positioned as a hospital enterprise EHR or a solo-only toolkit.

Group practice solutions

How is ClinicPro360 different from a stack of point tools?

The difference shows up at handoffs. In a fragmented stack, moving from booking to note to invoice means re-keying context. In ClinicPro360, appointment context carries into documentation and billing, and patients complete portal tasks against the same practice records staff use.

Pricing

How much does ClinicPro360 cost?

Essentials is $59 per month, Professional is $149 per month, and Elite is $299 per month. Every price is per practice, per month — one flat bill for the whole team within plan limits, not a per-clinician seat fee. Current terms are confirmed in writing during onboarding.

View plans

Is pricing per clinician or per practice?

Per practice. Hiring within a plan’s clinician and location limits does not add a new monthly seat fee. That is the opposite of per-clinician models common on SimplePractice, TherapyNotes, and similar platforms.

Is there a free trial?

No. ClinicPro360 does not offer a self-serve free trial. Evaluation is a guided walkthrough of your real operating path using a synthetic practice scenario — never patient information — followed by written confirmation of plan fit before onboarding.

Features and workflows

Does ClinicPro360 include scheduling and reminders?

Yes. Multi-provider scheduling with location context, conflicts, recurring series, waitlist support, and calendar sync is core. Schedule-linked appointment reminders use clinic-configured email and SMS channels and are included from the Professional plan.

Scheduling

Does it include a patient portal and intake forms?

Yes from Professional upward. Patients use a separate portal shell for appointments, forms, messages, bills, and enabled telehealth entry. Staff assign intake forms and track completion without exposing the operational workspace to patients.

Patient portal

Does ClinicPro360 support insurance billing?

Patient billing is included on Essentials. Insurance billing and superbills are included from Professional. Electronic clearinghouse claim submission is part of Elite, with clinic-owned connections configured during onboarding.

Billing and insurance

Is telehealth included?

Telehealth video is included from Professional. Meetings stay attached to the appointment and patient context through a clinic-authorized video provider account configured during onboarding — not freestanding personal meeting links.

Telehealth

Security and evaluation

Is ClinicPro360 “HIPAA certified”?

No software product replaces a covered entity’s own risk analysis, policies, workforce training, and contracts. Evaluate access controls, audit visibility, encryption, business associate terms, and subprocessors — and use qualified counsel for legal conclusions. ClinicPro360 publishes a security overview and an evaluation checklist for that process.

HIPAA software checklist

How does access control work for group practices?

Users are unique, roles define what people can do, and organization and location scope limit where those permissions apply. Shared passwords are not the model. Details are described on the security page and confirmed during onboarding.

Switching and getting started

How do we start?

Request a walkthrough. Describe your roles, locations, and one real operating path (for example inquiry to first paid visit). We focus the conversation on that path with synthetic data, then confirm plan and onboarding scope in writing if you proceed.

Request a walkthrough

Can we switch from another practice management system?

Yes, with a deliberate migration: inventory workflows and data, run a controlled parallel period, cut over open work with owners, and rebuild access cleanly. Use a structured switch guide — and treat legal, BAA, and data-return questions with qualified advisors.
