What is Guided onboarding?

ClinicPro360 setup starts online: verify the owner account, record practice size and goals, and review the plan and billing terms in authoritative organization checkout. Any provider-configured trial terms appear only there.

The required service agreement, BAA, clinic-readiness review, and connected-service configuration remain separate gates before PHI use. An optional walkthrough uses synthetic scenarios, never patient PHI.
